Collection of information
1. Registration Forms

Our site’s registration form requires users to give us contact information like their name, email, and postal address. We display a user’s contact name, contact phone, city, province, state and postal code with the horse ad. We also display the user’s choice of ranch information.

Contact information from the registration forms is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary, such as to inform the customer that their stallion ad is expiring. Contact information may also be shared with any law enforcement agency investigating any fraudulent or improper activity on HarrisonHorsemanship.com.

HarrisonHorsemanship.com, its employees and agents (collectively “HSH”) does not and will never sell or give your email address to any spammers or junk mailers. We hide your email address completely so that we can track and screen any and all responses to your ads by forcing responses through our ad response form.

2. Internet Protocol Addresses

An internet protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer whenever it is connected to the Internet. Our web servers may be set to automatically record your IP address. We may also record your IP address if you sign up for an account, make a transaction, or create an ad.

3. Cookie Data

A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your hard drive through your web browser that can only be read by the website that placed the cookie on your hard drive. The cookie acts as an identification card and allows our website to identify you and to record your passwords and preferences.
